Refund Policy

1. Overview

At EOTM.ai, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you don't find the product useful, we'll issue a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for our coaching automation platform. All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. Free Trial & Early Access

If you are using EOTM.ai during a free trial or early access period, no charges are applied and therefore no refund is necessary. You may cancel at any time during the trial without any obligation.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you don't find EOTM.ai useful for your coaching business, you are eligible for a refund:

  • Within 14 Days: If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. No questions asked.
  • After 14 Days: Refunds after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you genuinely don't find the product useful, reach out and we'll work with you to find a solution or issue a prorated refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@eotm.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Refund requests made in bad faith or after extensive use of the platform beyond the refund window

6. Service Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your billing period, after which it will be deleted

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, and payment compliance on our behalf. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
